1. SSC MTS & Havaldar 2025 Notification – Overview

The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has officially released the SSC MTS & Havaldar 2025 notification for the recruitment of Multi-Tasking (Non-Technical) Staff and Havaldar in CBIC and CBN. This is a golden opportunity for 10th pass candidates to secure a government job under Pay Level-1 of the 7th Pay Commission.

The online application process is open from 26 June to 24 July 2025, with the Computer-Based Test (CBT) scheduled between 20 September and 24 October 2025.

A total of 1075 Havaldar vacancies have been announced, while MTS vacancies are currently being collected. Eligible candidates are advised to apply early to avoid last-minute rush.

1. Nationality: Indian citizen or eligible categories from Nepal, Bhutan, or migrant communities with a certificate of eligibility.
2. Educational Qualification: Matriculation (10th pass) or equivalent from a recognized board as on 01 August 2025.

   • MTS: 18 to 25 years
   • Havaldar: 18 to 27 years
4. Age Relaxation: SC/ST – 5 yrs, OBC – 3 yrs, PwBD (UR/EWS) – 10 yrs, PwBD (OBC) – 13 yrs, PwBD (SC/ST) – 15 yrs, Ex-Servicemen (ESM) – 3 yrs,

• General/OBC/EWS: ₹100/-
• SC/ST/PwBD/ESM/Women: Exempted
• Correction Fee (1st Time): ₹200/-

• Correction charges apply to all candidates, regardless of category.
• Fee can be paid only by online mode through BHIM UPI, Net Banking, or using Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, RuPay Debit Cards.

2. Click on the "Apply" button; a pop-up window will appear with a list of job applications.
3. From the list, select and apply for "Multi Tasking (Non-Technical) Staff Examination, 2025".
4. Log in using your credentials or complete One-Time Registration (OTR) if you are a new user.
5. Fill in your personal, educational, and communication details.
6. Upload your live photograph and scanned signature (as per guidelines).
7. Pay the application fee online via UPI/Net Banking/Debit/Credit Card (if applicable).
8. Review all details and submit the application form.
9. Download and save a copy of the submitted application for future reference.
